I am currently in the process of kicking sugar out of my life and I would LOVE to find other people/blogs to follow who are doing the same thing.

I recently came across Sarah Wilson’s I Quit Sugar book and it is seriously life changing. I didn’t know that fructose literally caused your body to become hungrier and crave more! I never realized how much sugar ruled my life. But not anymore, I taking control of me and my body again! My only problem is that she is based in Australia and I’m on the east coast of the US meaning it is hard to find people who are doing the same thing.

I’m super excited about getting sugar out of my life and living a sugar-free, craving-free life! I would love to find people who are just starting their journey like me or people who have been living this way for a while!

LET’S QUIT SUGAR FOR LIFE!

We can’t selectively numb emotion. Numb the dark and you numb the light.

guys please read this. super important!!!

So when people leave, I’ve learned the secret: let them. Because, most of the time, they have to.

Let them walk away and go places. Let them have adventures in the wild without you. Let them travel the world and explore life beyond a horizon that you exist in. And know, deep down, that heroes aren’t qualified by their capacity to stay but by their decision to return.
